This is the final match in the Europa League Group L for both teams. Chelsea has already clinched he top spot by winning all their games so far. PAOK has only one one match and lost four but remarkably, they still have a chance to qualify if they beat BATE and Chelsea beats Vidi in their match.

PAOK has had a dreadful European campaign with two losses to Vidi without scoring any goals the low point. They have only played one really good game and that was against BATE in Borisov where they won 1-4. If they can repeat that performance here, they can still go through as long as Vidi loses to Chelsea in Hungary. As PAOK has a superior goal difference against Vidi and BATE, even a single goal win would be enough as long as Vidi loses.  It has been quite surprising how badly PAOK has played in Europe considering how well they played in their Champions League qualifiers where they knocked out Basel and Spartak Moscow. Also they have one of the best domestic records in Europe this season with 12 wins and 1 draw in the Greek Super League where they have a 7 point lead over second placed Atromitos.

BATE Borisov has beaten Vidi twice, but lost all their other games. If they can get the win here, then their qualification is guaranteed, regardless of the other match in the group. BATE comes into this match after 11 days rest. The Belorussian league just finished with BATE crowned the champion with a 9 points difference. BATE might not be as easy to beat as they were in the first game. BATE know that most likely a draw will get them through and they will most likely play for one. They use a basic 4-2-3-1 system which is very effective. They have played on noisy stadiums before so this should not phase them at all.  BATE´s away record is not that good in the Europe league. In their last 10 away games, they have won only twice, drawn twice and lost six times.

PAOK Team News

PAOK will be without Khacheridi, El Kaddouri and Karelis in this match. All the main players though are available.

BATE Team News

BATE will be without injured Milovovic, Filipenko and Tuominen.

PAOK has failed to score a goal only twice in their last 10 home games. BATE has failed to score a goal only twice in their last 10 away games. Main pick here is thus both teams to score with PAOK winning.
